    Can premier 6 capture DV with progressive scan instead of interlaced video?

    if you're capturing digitally (ie firewire/ilink etc) that's not an issue, just set the project to render 'progressive scan'

    i agree with miker, as long as you are not shooting outwith the capabilities of premier then whether the footage is progressive scan or interlaced then it should not be an issue... for matters of interest what format (20P or 30P - PAL or NTSC - DV PRO or DVC) are you shooting on? and what camera are you using?
